Had the pleasure of talking in depth with Tony Sr today for an extended period of time, covering a spectrum of topics and honestly I walked away from that conversation seeing how and why I’ve received the level of professionalism I have over the years, the tree definitely doesn’t fall far the tree Tony Jr is a direct embodiment of his Father, nothing but good things to say about my experiences here and I highly recommend them for all you vehicle customizations.

One of the easier 5-star ratings I could give. Called on a Tuesday night and got me in first thing Wednesday morning. I attempted to install an aftermarket mulitmedia head unit in my 03 Lexus GX and failed. These guys got the job done in less than 2 hours and took genuine interest in what my dilemma was. Such a niche and complicated job to master and they gave a more than fair price. I will come back to upgrade audio here due to how easy and fair these guys treated me.

Had an awesome expiration very helpful and informal. Talked to Anthony on the phone to have make an appointment Scheduled immediately to update my truck radio unit.
When i arrived Giovanni took care of everything very knowledgeable. Went over the options available and found the unit that was right for my needs , they took it from there with in 2 hours called me back and the job was complete . Professional , fast & convenient. simply the best !

Where do I start I was late for an appointment between 1:00 and 1:30 set by Meghan who still accomodated me Giovanni had his technician Carlos do a through diagnosis test on my outdated viper system troubleshooting the issue until he figured it out once I said yes to the cost Carlos rewired my system and had it back working for me the way it was when I brought the vehicle all I'm saying is if you want a staff who's honest and caring go no further this is where you need to go for all your audio and car alarm needs I can't even mention the nice things I overheard the staff do for a customer who had an issue and Giovanni sent the customer off with a smile and she was thankful trust me you can't go wrong here 💯

I had a problem that I thought no one could fix. My factory radio with GPS, navigation & Bluetooth stopped working, and my local VW dealer wanted a crazy amount of money to replace it. High End was able to install a new Alpine head unit with Apple car play and I couldn’t be happier. The new unit looks amazing and sounds incredible. I was so impressed with their team because they were able to install it in a few hours. I will be returning to upgrade a few other items. If you are having car radio issues, I highly recommend you visit their store.

Great work and highly knowledgeable. I had purchased a set of side skirts elsewhere and high end did install for me. Very professional!!. Item was shipped to me damaged and high-end staff was able to repair and install item perfectly. Customer service and satisfaction is a guarantee at this place. Absolutely great service, was having trouble finding the part that i needed since I have an older model car but Giovanni was really patient and helpful with me and he looked until they found what was needed. I never Write reviews ……….. but In this case it’s necessary! First and foremost I have had them do different things to at least 4 of my cars over the years but this time was especially exceptional . First, Anthony is the best and very patient . I was all over the place with customizing my vehicle and although they did exactly what I wanted , I hated it. Anthony refused to let me leave unhappy and did everything in his power to fix it and they did . I was The biggest pain in the a** during this process. Texting and calling and just being annoying , but Anthony never made it seem as if it was an issue. Honestly I would have told a customer like me to go somewhere else , but they really did exceed my expectations in the end and I’m finally happy with my G-wagon . I’m sure everyone there is great ! But ask for Anthony , he will make sure you are good for sure ! Also, I think their pricing was very fair . If I had to say anything that was not 100% satisfactory it would be that I wish they would have put down some paper on the floor on the drivers side to cover my mat before the mechanics got in and out , I felt like it got a little dirty from that , but they made up for it because they put gas in my car that was apparently delivered to them empty . They get a 10 out of 10 in my book .

Just bought a new car in August. It did not have the CD player , JUST SIRIUS. I was very disappointed because I enjoy listening to my CDs. I happened to mention it to my Co-worker and he told me about HIGH-END STEREO. He said my boss had been there and a lot of the Ballers go there etc. He brought it up online for me to look at and I spoke to my BOSS and this seemed to be the place to go. I went to High End and they took care of all my NEEDS. Anthony and his TEAM ARE THE BEST. I got a new CD AM FM player put in to REPLACE the one in the new car and LOVE IT. GO there. U'll SEE 👀.....YOU will not leave disappointed. HIGH END STERO, U ARE as they say: DA TRUTH!!! THANK YOU. YOU HELPED ME BRING IN THE NEW YEAR RIGHT. ~~~

Had a great experience. Highly professional team. Wasn't happy with the stock sound system my lexus came equipped with and they resolved that issue for me. Now the system sounds fantastic.
