Curb-Alert PRO uses infrared technology to reliably detect obstacles and warn the driver with an audible alert that he or she is too close to the curb or parking block. The miniature sensor module mounts behind the bumper or spoiler and “sees” through the material to detect objects in close proximity. Operation is automatic and Curb-Alert PRO turns off shortly after removing the key.
